LBA architecture en collaboration avec PLAN02 bureau d’étude spécialisé en HQE ont présente leur proposition pour la réduction de la consommation d’énergie du MET LIFE building.

The competition involves the design of a vertical farm with a residential use and the related reorganization of the environment.
The site area covers 1.432 sqm.
The building will include several functions and their connections:
• farm 40%
• mixed residential 40%
• commercial 15%
• services 5%
Services mean areas designed for sports and culture, administrative spaces, etc.
In the spaces dedicated to the farm should be included laboratories, spaces for animals and crops, leisure areas etc.
